AI Deep Readiness 15
Executive diagnostic to validate whether your critical process is ready for AI with safety, impact and a realistic pilot path.
What is AI Deep Readiness 15
AI Deep Readiness 15 is a proprietary AI Deep Solutions method that evaluates, in approximately 15 minutes, whether a company and a critical process have a real foundation to apply AI, automation, copilots or agents with safety, impact and a concrete pilot opportunity.
The method does not measure interest in AI. It measures whether there is a minimum combination of critical process, relevant pain, usable data, operational rules, minimum governance, sponsor, metrics and pilot conditions.
How the diagnostic works
Define the critical process
You indicate which process will be assessed to generate a focused and relevant diagnostic.
Answer 12 structured questions
Closed questions with a 0-4 scale, distributed across 6 key maturity dimensions.
Complement with 2 open questions
Identify the main bottleneck and the consequences of not resolving it. These answers enrich the analysis.
Receive the result on screen and by email
General score, classification, strengths, bottlenecks, triggered guardrails and recommended next step, with PDF by email.
What the diagnostic evaluates
Whether there is a critical process with real pain, measurable financial or operational impact.
Whether the flow is repetitive, standardized and has clear rules for decisions and exceptions.
Whether data is digital, accessible and systems allow viable technical integration.
Whether risks are mapped, with human oversight, controls and adequate legal basis.
Whether there is an authorized sponsor, process owner and team openness to change.
Whether there are metrics, a baseline and practical conditions for a pilot within 90 days.
What the method is based on
The structure was inspired by global references in maturity, governance and AI value capture, including public market literature on operational transformation and Responsible AI.
NIST AI Risk Management Framework
AI risk management framework from the US National Institute of Standards and Technology.
OECD AI Principles
OECD principles for trustworthy AI, covering transparency, accountability and governance.
ISO/IEC 42001
International standard for AI management systems, covering governance, risks and controls.
Public market literature
Consolidated research and practices on operational transformation, Responsible AI and value capture.
What to expect from the result
Readiness score
General score from 0 to 100 with maturity range classification.
Breakdown by dimension
Detailed score for each of the 6 method dimensions.
Key strength and bottleneck
Clear identification of the strongest point and main bottleneck.
Methodological guardrails
Alerts that prevent false positives and recommendations without evidence.
Recommended next step
Objective recommendation: workshop, discovery, pilot or deepening.
Executive PDF report
Formatted document with AI Deep Solutions logo ready for internal review.
AI Deep Readiness 15 is a proprietary AI Deep Solutions method inspired by global references in maturity, governance and AI value capture. It does not reproduce third-party proprietary assessments, is not an audit, is not a certification and does not guarantee ROI.
This diagnostic is an executive preliminary triage. It does not replace in-depth technical consulting, audit, regulatory due diligence, legal opinion, certification or ROI promise.
